Anemona Maria Lup Instructor

Hi, my name is Anemona and I am Salsation Elite Instructor in Norway.

Originally from Romania but my desire for adventure, eager to discover new places and creating my own life bring me in Italy where I discovered my passion for fitness and dance.

With a  strong background in the fitness industry of 10+ years experience, I have always followed my passion and dedicated a huge part of my life to this.

Started to teach at the age of 21, studying as a dance fitness instructor in Italy, attended several courses, workshops and partecipating to important events as presenter at Rimini Wellness or Moma Fitness Convention.

My passion is my life ! When I first tried Salsation I instantly felt this was for me. The way I feel, the methodology and the beliefs are perfectly aligning with my way of living and with the life I always wanted to create. The way you connect with the students, learn how to feel music and all the elements which combines in between make every class an unique experience.
